Red Rock Red will remind you of the traditional “terra cotta” red clay you are used to seeing in flowerpots and planters. This earthenware clay is nostalgic and reliable all at the same time! We took our time with this formula and added extra plasticity to ensure it's reputation across slab building, coil construction, and of course throwing.
These characteristics are often hard to find in a low-fire clay body, but I can assure you that Red Rock Red is a great clay for all levels and styles. Looking as beautiful left unglazed, with a clear or layered with your favorite glaze combination.
